1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Legends University website (the "Site") or purchasing any product through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Legends University
Legends University ("we," "us," "our") is a clothing and lifestyle brand. References to "the University," "the Founding Class," and similar terms throughout the Site are part of our brand identity and storytelling, not a claim of affiliation with any accredited educational institution.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this Site.
4. Products & Availability
We make every effort to display our products and their details accurately, including materials, sizing, and pricing. Colors may vary slightly due to display settings. Products are offered in limited quantities and availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time.
5. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. During our current pre-launch preview period, checkout may run in a Stripe test/sandbox environment and some listed products may not yet be available for a real transaction — this will be clearly resolved before public launch. By placing an order once live purchasing is enabled, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6. Shipping
Shipping timeframes and costs, when applicable, will be presented at checkout. Legends University is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the Legends University name, logos, crests, marks, photography, and written content — is the property of Legends University and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or its underlying systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends University is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
